Want to take your beverage up a notch? Smartwell offers a number of enhancements to elevate your beverage experience. Add a dose of healthy vitamin C or electrolyte, a little (or a lot) of natural sweetener or a boost of caffeine.
For optimal freshness, pouches should be stored in a cool, dry place between 60° - 85° F (15° - 30° C).
Yes. The freshest pouches will be shipped to you each month and are clearly marked with date codes. The pouches should be used as received, and date codes should be checked before placing pouches into the beverage dispenser to ensure nothing has expired before use.
Yes. All flavors and enhancements are gluten free and kosher.
A small dose (a fraction of the flavor concentrate doses) is injected into each drink. This citric acid acts as a flavor enhancer, so each drink gives you the best experience and true fruit flavor.
In addition to still water, sparkling water and natural sweetener, each beverage dispenser can hold up to four flavors and two enhancements.

Smartwell units are stylish and compact with a much smaller footprint than standard refrigerators allowing them to fit seamlessly into many different spaces.
Unit dimensions: (L x W x H): 21-1/2" x 20-1/2" x 56-1/2".
Smartwell units can be installed in many different places including kitchens, break rooms, reception and waiting room areas and more. All that is required for installation is:
- An area that is roughly eight square feet
- A water source that can be up to 10 feet away from the Smartwell unit
- Access to a Wi-Fi network

The unit is typically installed within four weeks once the contract is signed.
A trusted name in water delivery, Elkay has a team of licensed and insured installers and technicians who are ready to get your new Smartwell up in running. Installation typically takes two to three hours per machine.
Smartwell will be fully chilled and ready to use three hours after installation is completed.
It does not require a floor drain and is equipped with a drip tray and reservoir.
Operation and Maintenance
Caring for your Smartwell is a breeze. All that is required of the office or facility manager is weekly cleaning of the unit and flavor and enhancement pouch replacement. The smart refill feature sends email alerts when flavor pouches are running low and replacement pouches are automatically shipped to you every month. Your service provider will pick up the heavy lifting with filter and Co2 tank replacement and preventative maintenance.

It connects to the internet using your building or facility’s guest or password protected Wi-Fi. You can also connect using an Ethernet cable.
Smartwell’s connected interface gives you peace of mind and allows us to remotely monitor each unit’s activity so we can proactively let you know when your pouches are running low and need replacing. It also provides us with flavor and enhancement data for your specific unit(s) so we can ensure we are supplying you the right mix of fun and flavor every month.
The unit will continue to dispense flavors if it loses Wi-Fi, the user will not be notified if the flavors are low and will not be able to replace flavors once they go out.
Smartwell beverage dispensers feature Elkay WaterSentry filters that are NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 certified for reduction of lead, particulate, chlorine, taste and odor for fresh, filtered still or sparkling water.
